Stoke Homes is led by Tom Robertson out of Christchurch. We design and build right across Canterbury.
We take on a handful of homes each year, on purpose. The same builder is on site from week one to handover, the same number is in your phone the whole way through, and the same person walks you through every system on the day you collect the keys.

A relaxed conversation, then a costed concept. We start with how you actually want to live: site, people, brief.
Sketches turn into plans, elevations, and a 3D you can stand inside. We revise until the home feels obvious.
One crew, one phone number. We handle consents, engineering, and compliance, and you get weekly photo updates.
Keys, warranty, manuals, then check-ins at one, six, and twelve months. We don’t disappear at handover.
