At Stoke Homes, we simplify the building process, ensuring a seamless journey from your initial consultation to the final handover. Our dedicated team is here to guide you every step of the way, making your dream home a reality.

Plan
We begin with a relaxed chat about your lifestyle, your ideas, and the kind of home you want to create. Some clients come to us with full plans, while others arrive with a Pinterest board and a dream. Wherever you’re at, we’ll guide the process.
From there, we develop concept drawings and a grouped cost breakdown that’s simple to understand. Our pricing includes a fixed 10 percent variation margin, so you’ll always know what changes will cost.
Once everything is confirmed, we lock in a fixed base price, sign the contract, and present your personalised Welcome Pack.
Build
With your plans and selections confirmed, our team gets to work. You’ll choose your finishes with guidance from our team, or work with our interior designer for a more tailored, full-service experience.
We manage all council consents, engineering, and compliance, so you can focus on the fun stuff. Throughout the build, you’ll receive weekly email updates with photos, progress reports, and next steps.
We also invite you for on-site visits at key moments, so you stay close to your new home as it takes shape.
Settle
Two weeks before completion, we walk through the home with you to flag any finishing touches. On handover day, you’ll get your keys, warranty documents, compliance certificates, and a few personilised extras.
We check in again after one month, and once more between six and twelve months. It’s about quality service that lasts well beyond the first set of keys. If anything pops up in between, we’re only ever a phone call away.
It’s all part of making sure your new home keeps feeling like the right fit, long after move-in day.
