Planning

Plan & Price with Certainty
Once we’ve captured your vision, we turn it into concept drawings and a grouped cost breakdown that’s easy to understand. With our fixed 10 percent variation margin, you’ll always know what upgrades or changes will cost, no hidden costs. This stage gives you confidence that your design, budget, and expectations are aligned.
Lock It In
With your design and specifications confirmed, we provide a fixed base price for complete peace of mind. At this point, we sign the contract, secure your place in our build schedule, and present you with your personalised Welcome Pack. It’s the moment your ideas shift from planning into reality.
Building
Choose Your Finishes
This is where your home starts to take shape. With guidance from our team or the option of working with an interior designer, you’ll select everything from cabinetry & flooring to lighting & tiles. We make the process simple, ensuring the choices reflect your taste and lifestyle.
Consents Sorted
Behind the scenes, we manage all council consents, engineering requirements, and compliance checks to keep your project moving. By taking care of the paperwork and approvals, we free you up to focus on the exciting parts of the build. This service ensures everything is done with expert experience, without any unnecessary delays.
Build with Confidence
With your plans and approvals in place, our trusted team brings your home to life with care and precision. You’ll receive weekly updates with photos, progress reports, and next steps, plus site visits at key milestones. This keeps you connected and reassured while we focus on delivering craftsmanship that lasts.
Settling
Pre-Handover Walkthrough
Two weeks before completion, we invite you to walk through your new home with us. Together, we’ll check the progress, note any finishing touches, and make sure everything feels right. This service gives you confidence that the final details are on track before move-in day.
Move In & Celebrate
On handover day, you’ll receive your keys, warranty documents, and compliance certificates, along with a few tailored extras to mark the occasion. We’ll walk you through the home, answer any final questions, and make sure you’re set to enjoy the space. It’s our way of making move-in day both seamless and memorable.
Ongoing Support
Our service doesn’t end once you move in. We check in after one month, and again between six and twelve months. We do this to ensure your home is performing in every way it should. If anything comes up in between, we’re only ever a phone call away, providing peace of mind long after handover.
