Built on a generous 1,000m² site, Westvale reflects the vision of owners Selena and Dan, who brought their consented plans to Stoke with clarity and purpose. As a designer, Selena knew exactly what worked, and the result is a home that balances bold structure with refined finishes. A raking monopitch roofline and cedar soffits set the architectural tone, with a mix of plaster, stria, and timber cladding creating depth and character. Inside, engineered stone, floating laminate floors, and black and timber veneer cabinetry create a natural warmth that’s carried throughout the home. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space flows effortlessly outdoors, with stackers opening onto a level deck and lawn. Built-in outdoor speakers and a custom overhang make this an ideal space for entertaining.
